Call for entrants

Call for entrants

The chosen arena is from Arenas 2 - from the Kickstarter - Pershing Arena in Lincoln Nebraska. It has eight gates already so it fits the format perfectly.

A big thank you to entrant and Patreon William Tetley for drawing this out electronically!

Division 35 - Classic Rules only

Rules are a free download from Steve Jackson Games - http://sjgames.com/car-wars/games/classic/img/car-wars-classic-rules.pdf

Ram plates are NOT allowed - anything else in Classic is allowed - you are allowed a driver only.

The winner will be the player with the most points. You will receive 40 points for a full kill, 20 points for a mobility kill and 10 points for killing a pedestrian. If you are on foot yourself then you will score DOUBLE points.

When you are killed you do NOT lose any points. First player to 200 points wins! If the event ends without someone getting 200 points then the winner will be the person with the MOST points.

It is possible to get to a point where the winner is clear and there's no need for everyone to die. If we reach that point I will end the event and declare the winner.

The following people are Patreon supporters or have made a sizable donation in the past and have a 'reserved seat' at this event -

Billy H
Martin Marquis
John Christensen
Joseph Reynolds
Jeff DuBois
John Blaylock
William Tetley

I still need a reply within 48 hours to confirm that you want to participate in this event.

For the eighth spot, Nicholas Lovell was offered but he asked to be bumped to MH46 due to bad timing. Because of this, Gil is being invited to play. I need a reply within 48 hours that you are confirming your spot.

After all eight players have been confirmed you will be allowed 72 hours to turn in a design.

Good luck! And have fun!

Also - I have some people that were spectating the last event. I am keeping them on the spectator list for this one. If anyone else would like to be on it, please let me know.
