T4P1 - Combat


T4P1 - Combat
And we have our first casualty...

Gil fires his twin linked Lasers at Joseph again, needing a 6 to hit his Back armor. First hits on a 2 5 for 6 3 3 damage. This is JUST ENOUGH to strip the armor, leaving an exposed back.
Second hits on a 6 5 for 4 2 1 damage. This all goes internal and straight through the cargo space to the driver. He wears an armored battle vest so it takes damage on a 1-4: 6. Ouch - vest is no protection, but the BA is, dropping the damage to the driver to 4, but that's still enough to kill him. The laser's beam passes through his body and manages to do a point to the PP, so there will be a fire mod to the driver as well as "Power Plant hit by Laser" chance of fire at end of turn.
+40 points to Gil
Debris is dropped and Joseph takes a hazard but does NOT have to roll for control. His car will slow by 5 mph each turn.
William takes advantage of being point blank and fires double RL's at Jeff's left side again. He needs only a zero to hit, but I rolled anyway. First hits on a 1 2 for 5 5 damage, all stopped by plastic.
Second RL hits on a 6 1 for 2 5 damage. The plastic is destroyed and damage goes internal. Odd it hits cargo; even it hits the Driver - 4, but he's still alive!
Debris is dropped and Jeff takes a hazard. He needs a 4 to not lose control worse - 6, safe.
